CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for purchasing one of Akomi's services and/or products. We strive to make sure that every one of our customers are happy with their purchase, and hope that you will continue to use our service. We understand that not every service is meant for everyone, and hope that you will be able to work with us in navigating the cancellation process.

To start off, we would like to make clear that, with the exception of a few select cases, all purchases are final and refunds are generally not given. Again, this is not every case, and we will be reviewing each item on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to cancel, please go to your Profile page and click on the Manage Subscriptions button. From there, you will be redirected to our payment processor, Stripe, where you will be able to cancel your subscription. Please note that all subscriptions will remain live until the end of the subscription cycle after you cancel. For example, if your subscription cycle starts on the first of a month, and you cancel on the tenth, then your API Keys will remain active until the first of the next month.

Any chargebacks made by a user will result in the immediate disablement of their account, including any API Keys and other services that the user may be subscribed to. This is to protect the developers from any fees that are incurred as a result of the chargeback. Users who issue a chargeback will not be eligible to use the service in any way, shape, or form in the future.
